Anchorix

Terms of Service

Last updated: 19 July 2026

1. Who we are

Anchorix is a decision-intelligence platform for enterprise IT, operated by Tsubasa Technologies (“we”, “us”). These terms govern access to and use of the Anchorix service by your organisation (“you”) under an order, trial arrangement or subscription agreed with us in writing.

2. The service

Anchorix turns your organisation’s evidence into governed decision support: grounded options analyses, organisation-compliant artefacts, an approval workflow and an auditable decision register. AI output within the service is advisory: a named person in your organisation always makes and records the final decision, and the service is designed so that no analysis is auto-approved.

3. Accounts and access

Workspaces are provisioned by us; users join by invitation from your workspace administrators. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided, for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials, and for the actions of users you invite. Notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorised access.

4. Your data

You retain all rights to the content your organisation submits or connects to the service (documents, connector data, analyses and decisions — “Customer Data”). We process Customer Data only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy. Customer Data is not used to train AI models. On termination we will, on request, export and then delete Customer Data within a reasonable period.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the service in breach of applicable law or third-party rights;
  • attempt to probe, bypass or defeat tenant isolation or access controls;
  • submit content you do not have the right to submit;
  • resell or provide the service to third parties without our written agreement;
  • use automated means to scrape or bulk-extract the service other than via provided interfaces.

6. Fair usage

Your subscription is for reasonable use of Anchorix by your authorised users for your organisation’s internal business purposes, within any limits stated in your order. If unusually high, automated or resource-intensive use materially affects service performance, security or third-party processing costs, we will normally contact you first and work with you to schedule the activity, reduce its impact or agree a suitable plan. We may temporarily limit only the affected activity where reasonably necessary to protect the service or other customers, and will restore it promptly once the issue is resolved. We will not impose additional usage charges unless agreed with you in writing.

7. Trials

Trial workspaces are provided by arrangement, for evaluation only, and may have reduced quotas and a scheduled end date. Either party may end a trial at any time. On trial completion we delete trial workspace data unless we agree otherwise with you.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and secure, but it is provided “as is” during trials and pre-general-availability periods. We may improve or modify features; where a change materially reduces the service you have paid for, we will notify you in advance.

9. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the service, its software and its design. Artefacts generated for you from your Customer Data are yours. Feedback you choose to give us may be used to improve the service.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the amounts paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Decision outcomes remain your responsibility: the service informs decisions, it does not make them.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
